Silicone Heel Sleeve

HEEL WEDGES-Adjustable

Use these in your shoes to take pressure off your achilles tendon.  This can relieve pain from achilles tendinitis, plantar fasciitis, and sometimes haglund's deformity.  Use them on both feet unless you have an unequal leg length conditions that cannot be fixed by your chiropractor. Click the link below to buy on Amazon.

Adjustable Heel Lifts

Double Stranded Figure 8 wrap (Ankle and Foot)

This is one of my favorite compression wraps.  I use it over the silicone sleeve for patients with very inflamed Haglund's deformities.  It is also effective for plantar fasciitis, Achilles tendinitis pain, and ankle sprains.  Not recommended for people with poor circulation.  Click on the link to buy on Amazon.

Pull on Compression Sleeve

This sleeve works well for people with the strength to pull on a tight sock.  Do not wear a silicone pad under this kind of brace.

Techware Pull On Foot Compression

Figure 8 wrap, Adjustable, Foot and Ankle

Single Strand wrap for greater adjustability.

Tuli's Heel Cups

These help heel pain on the BOTTOM of the heel (not Haglund's) in people with rigid heels or natural high arch foot types.  Not preferred if your feet are flat.
